Company Policies
Please let us first introduce our company policies briefly:
1.We won't provide formal quotation via telephone or online chat messengers. Any related enquiry, please just send via email.
2.Cost will be changed accoring to the market and please note the price validity of your item.
Quotation will be final subject to your final requirement and client's sample.
3.Usually all orders will be 100% payment at sight in our money account before delivery. Bank wire and Western Union or
Paypal payment not including bank charges or taxes. There can be L/C at sight for container order.
4. Artwork will be made and sent to client for confirmation within 1~3 days after we receive the mold charges.
Client need carefully check the spelling and font of the text, graphics and corresponding Pantone color on artwork.
If any alterations or modifications, client need to notice and communicate with our sales.
Molds will be made on final approval of the artwork. Any corrections during mold-making period and after the molds are made
will make it necessary for us to charge a correcting fee or a new die fee.
5. Sampling lead time will start from the receipt of your ready artwork or artwork approval.
Mass production lead time will start from receipt of your ready artwork or sample approval.
Delivery Time will start from the receipt of your payment or your notification of delivery, not including any delay time in customs.
All lead time are only for working days, not including weekends or holidays.
Metal Products Policies
1. Metal badges can be made of copper, brass, zinc alloy, iron etc.. You can choose the one you prefer and just tell us.
Usually brass and zinc alloy are often used. Copper will be higher in price and iron will be not as good in quality.
We can make 3D effect too.
2. All molds of metal products for our customers will be kept perfectly for 3 three years.
3. Mold charges for metal badges are different according to the material, the size and the designs and finishings.
Brass, copper, iron badges, mold charges are from USD55~ USD300 for design on two sides.
Zinc alloy can be much flexible from USD90~USD1000.Some pins and badges mold charges can be lower as USD45.
4. For metal badges, all orders above 5000pcs will refund the mold charges except the zinc alloy ones which will be refunded
to you if you order above 10000pcs.
5. We can do most platings: gold or antique gold, silver or antique silver, nickel, black nickel,antique nickel, copper, antique
copper,brass, antique brass, dyed black etc..
6.Sampling lead time: Around 5~7 days after receipt your artwork/sample approval.
Mass production lead time: Around 8 - 25 days after receipt your artwork/ sample approval, and it depends on your quantities.
7.To get samples of our products, you just need to pay the freight to your door; to let us make the samples of your design,
you just need to pay the mold charges and the freight to your door. |
FAQs:
1. What artwork file format should I provide?
We support PDF, Adobe illustrator CS3 or Coreldraw 12 compatible file format. Please use CMYK color mode. And autodesk max,
dwg, etc. 3D file are a must sometimes to make 3D products. Vector graphic or 300dpi or above jpg is most preferable.
2. What information is required to get a quotation?
We won't provide quotation via telephone or online chat messengers. Any related enquiry, please just send via email.
Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items. Usually all orders need to be declared clearly and
detailly via email the following aspects:
(1). Item Name and item NO.(important for checking items in future).
(2). material.
(3). finishings like plating or printing or painting etc..
(4). size including length width thickness.
(5).colors and PMS color NO..
(6). artwork or draft layout(if large file, can be sent via msn etc.).
(7). special effects if any.
(8). quantities.
(9). any other requests if need.
If there is lack of any information as above, we suggest that you provide us your budget and order quantity.
We may choose one of our existing model to make a reference quote for you. Otherwise we can just estimate a rough price range
by experience.
3. What is the minimum order quantity?
Small order is welcome. Our MOQ differs among different kinds of items, please ask us for MOQ of your of item,but the larger
quantity you do, the lower the price, thus it is not beneficial for you to order small quantities as 20 or 50 pieces.
4. How to place order?
(1).Client need first confirm quotation via email and ask for proforma invoice if you want to make samples or to do mass production
directly.
(2).We will issue proforma invoice for client to sign back to confirm the order.
(3).We make and send the artwork via email. Also client can offer us your ready artwork and request us to do as it.
(4).After confirmed artwork. Please arrange deposit as proforma invoice requests before we proceed to sample production or
mass production.
(5).Sample and production lead time will be different according to different products. We will notice client lead time in quotation
and also finish date before delivery.
5. What is the payment terms and payment method?
You can do the payment via Western Union, or, Paypal, or T/T via bank. Usually, for large orders, client need pay 40% advanced
deposit before production after sample comfirmation, and then later 60% paid before shippment.
6. Can I get free samples?
It depends on items, some of the low cost items(e.g. Pin badges, Metal keychains, PVCcard holders, soft PVC keychains...) are free
of charges but you need afford the freight usually USD35~USD75.Please just send your requests via email.
High cost samples need sample charges as deposit; it can be refunded by return within 20 days in good conditions.
7. Have you printed product category?
As we have a fairly wide range of products and will update constantly. We won't print product category. But we may offer you some
small e-catalog of certain items for reference.
8. What is the shipping methods?
l To those small orders, we can deliver through express delivery.(e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT......etc)
l Free and light samples can be sent by mail or air mail.
l For large amount, usually delivery by air or ship. FOB / CNF / CIF.
l If the weight is above 400KG, we can deliver it by air to you; It's cheaper than the express delivery like FedEx, UPS,DHL etc..
l And if time permitting, we can go by ship,the cheapest.
l Also, you can choose to deliver several small orders at the same time.
l We have our own co-op delivery agencies which will give our more preferential prices.
l We will give you a tracking number by which you can check the goods state on the website.
